Order your dishes up to 11.00 pm After the modernisation and extensions to the restaurant in 1998, the style changed from the formerly famous rich bavarian cooking, to a style conforming with modern nutritional awareness. In addition to the much loved "Schweinebraten" (roast pork), modern and smaller dishes are also offered. As a special treat there is a delicious daily set lunch. Apart from the daily changing menu-of-the-day the guest may also choose from a large "classic" menu with a selection of internationally renowned dishes. One gets good value for the money at the extensive breakfast buffet from as early as 7.00 until 11.30 am. While the hotel guests enjoy their welcome-cocktail at the bar in the afternoons, others allow themselves to be spoiled with coffee and cake at sunny places or outside.
